Company: ClearTrack
Focus: Product Design & UX for complex operational work
Context: Enterprise permitting and inspections
Evidence: Real product, real screens, real constraints.

Role: Product Designer

Tools: Figma, Supabase

Timeline: 2025–2026

ClearTrack supports teams managing high-volume, high-risk operational workflows. The work is complex, time-sensitive, and heavily constrained by rules and dependencies.

Before: Permitting work was scattered and hard to follow.
After: I transformed it into a clear, product-grade system teams can trust and use every day.

The redesign improved operational clarity and reduced internal rework across high-volume workflows.

Before designing screens, I focused on how work actually moves — where it stalls, where handoffs break, and where visibility matters more than detail.

W² TAX SERVICE
MOBILE PRODUCT CONCEPT

W² Tax Service was an early product concept focused on
approachability, clarity, and confidence. The onboarding
experience was designed to feel reassuring from the first tap—
using bold visual hierarchy, simple language, and clear calls
to action to help users move forward without hesitation.

This project reflects my early instinct for emotional UX:
designing products that meet people where they are and make
serious decisions feel lighter, clearer, and more human.
